Washing for a complete hygiene
The satisfaction of our customers and the objective principal for our company and for this reason, in order to ensure a complete and ineccepibilie service, has prepared four lanes for washing the inside of tank used for the transportation of: bulk granular and powdery, liquid food and non-hazardous chemical.
All the platforms are equipped with a washing facility with hot water at high pressure and another steam to heat the tanks before washing and a system of hot air drying.

High pressure washing
All the lanes have high pressure warm water; two lanes are equipped with rotating heads ATEX certified.
Warming and drying
We also have a steam plant to warm up the tanks before their washing and one plant for hot air drying.
All washing systems are connected to a chemical-physical purification plant and sewage disposal.

Grifo Lavaggi deals with the internal washing of curved, isothermal and refrigerated vehicles that have transported food, fish, meat, etc., releasing the relative certificate of the H.A.C.C.P system.

Grifo Lavaggi is specialized for the outside washing of commercial vehicles such as vans, articulated trucks, trucks and buses
We have an automatic plant – one the first in Italy – with five brushes, two of which are shaped for the washing of tanks and rotating heads with high pressure for the cleaning of the chassis. Moreover at the end of the washing procedure, the vehicles are treated with mild water.

Wastewater treatment
All washing systems are connected via grilles and settling tanks to a biological purifier for the purification of waste water.
The washing is affiliated with the FAI and all members can follow any type of washing with the card getting a discount.
